When in stock, items are usually dispatched within 24 hours and are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Out of stock items will be dispatched as soon as they are available. If an item is out of stock it can take between 3 to 7 working days to dispatch.
CalibreGems will not take responsibility for incorrectly provided ring sizes. We will always send out the ring size stated at ordering unless re-advised by email within the timeframe between ordering and despatch.
Once dispatched, items are delivered the following day by 1pm. Refunds Due to hygiene, health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept the return of earrings for any reasons besides manufacture defects. Returns can be sent to the following address: Kingswinford Jewellers, 19 Market Street, Kingswinford, West-Midlands, DY6-9JS. You may return any unused item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your credit or debit card once we have received and checked the item for no wear (please allow up to 30 days). It is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of any unused and unwanted items, we suggest that you use the Royal Mail Special Delivery service, please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
